Tariff 2008

During the main season, minimum stay is 2 nights and single occupancy is charged at room rate (usually £52).

The Old Stables - Poppy Fields, Spring Meadow: £26 per person, per night for two or more nights. £28 one night only. £32 per night, single people. Forest Glade (Newly refurbished): £30 per person, per night for two or more nights. £32 one night only.

The Haybarn - Pink Sunset, Blue Lagoon, Welsh Mountain:
£28 pp, pn (2+ nights); £30 (1 night).

Snowy Peaks - four poster:
£31 pp, pn (2+ nights); £33 (1 night).

Children up to and including 10 years - half adult price.
11 to 14 years inclusive - three quarters adult price.
15 years + - adult rate.

Dogs: £4 per night.

Booking

We would respectfully point out that we are a

To secure your room, we ask for a 25% deposit.
Payment is by cash, cheque or credit card. NB: there is a £1 admin charge for credit/debit card transactions. Cheques should be made payable to 'Old Mill Farmhouse'.

Cancellation Policy and Terms and Conditions

Deposits are non-returnable in the event of cancellation, unless we are able to re-let the room. However, we recommend all our guests take out the inexpensive Guest First insurance policy - see www.travelfirst.co.uk. All cancellations made within three days of booking date will be charged in full.

Group Bookings: we charge the FULL AMOUNT if a member of a group drops out and we STRONGLY recommend the whole group takes out insurance. The balance of payment is required one month in advance.

NB Rooms can only be held on payment of a 25% deposit. We accept cheques, cash (for final payment) or credit card (+ £1 admin fee for credit/debit cards).
We have plenty of parking but all cars are parked at owner's risk. Old Mill Farmhouse does not accept any liability for damage to or loss from any vehicles parked on the premises.
Children are welcome to visit the animals but must be accompanied by Penny or Margaret.
